Cookie Dust Ice Cream
Grate a cookie over ice cream. That’s the whole dessert, and it’s the one people remember.

Ingredients
- Vanilla ice cream
- 1–2 crisp cookies
- Nutmeg
- Toasted flaked almonds, optional
Method

Scoop the ice cream into bowls and put the plate on the table.

Grate the cookie over the ice cream the same way you would cheese — it comes off as crumbs and dust.

Add a few turns of nutmeg over the top.

Scatter toasted almonds if you have them, and eat before it melts.
